Pilates

Pilates is a core centric series of progressive exercises that can be customized to a client's needs.  The focus is on good form and alignment while improving strength and flexibility.

The spring based equipment is smooth and supportive.  The springs are adjustable so that exercises become progressively more challenging.

The progressive nature of Pilates benefits those new to exercise as well as advanced exercise enthusiasts.  The equipment can  accommodate injuries and aid in rehabilitation.

Dragonfly Pilates offers private instruction on the Reformer, Tower and Mat at our studio in Rockville.  Duets of family members can be accomodated.
